Rosemary Culcasi is counsel in the Princeton, NJ office, where she is a member of the Real Estate practice group.

Rosemary represents clients in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions, with a concentration in acquisitions, dispositions and refinances of residential real estate, enforcement of creditors rights including the sale of real estate owned assets, commercial leasing and planned real estate development.

Rosemary is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac College School of Law and she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Moravian College. While at Moravian College, Rosemary was on the Dean’s List and a member of the National Sociology Honors Society.
