Andrew L. Unterlack

Andrew L. Unterlack is a counsel in the Cherry Hill, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the Community Associations practice group.

Andrew has considerable experience in the representation of community associations, with a concentration upon collections and other litigation matters. He will be providing legal services and advice to HOA, condominium, and cooperative Boards, as to all aspects of governance as well as contested matters. Prior to joining Hill Wallack, Andrew had a multi-disciplinary background routinely handling such varied subjects as bankruptcy (both debtor and creditor representation), Leasing/Finance/Lender transactions, foreclosure, real estate, landlord-tenant, estate planning and contest litigation, consumer and commercial collections, and general consumer and commercial litigation. While Andrew will be focusing on community associations, this diverse background will be a benefit in counseling clients.

Andrew is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2003), Pennsylvania (2004) and New York (1999). Moreover, Andrew is admitted to practice in various Federal Courts, including District of New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, Eastern District of New York, and Southern District of New York. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami.
