Kristine L. Butler, Esq.

Dana is Counsel at Hill Wallack working for the firm’s New York City office. Dana earned her B.S. from St. John’s University in 2008 and her J.D. from Touro Law School in 2011. Since that time, she has focused her practice on complex commercial litigation including creditor’s rights and financial services litigation. Dana provides significant guidance on mortgage servicing related litigation, title litigation and breach of contract matters.

Mrs. Carrera is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, the District Court of New Jersey, the Eastern, Southern, Northern and Western District Courts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
