Gregg A. Shivers

Gregg A. Shivers is a partner in the Cherry Hill, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the Community Associations practice group.

Mr. Shivers has extensive trial experience, having tried nearly 100 criminal and civil jury trials in his 43-year legal career. For the past 15 years, Mr. Shivers has concentrated his practice on representing community associations – he, his partner George Greatrex and Counsel Jennifer Webb represent over 230 community associations throughout Central and South Jersey and work with our Princeton office on representing associations throughout North Jersey. Although much of his practice is now transactional (contracts, governing documents, negotiations, etc.). Mr. Shivers’ trial experience benefits his clients when matters must go to court. Mr. Shivers has successfully handled court cases on behalf of community associations involving election challenges, rule enforcement matters, collections, and many other association member disputes. He also frequently provides training of association boards teaching them to properly administer their associations and to avoid liability for the association and themselves.

Mr. Shivers is admitted to practice in New Jersey and U.S. District Court District of New Jersey (1983). He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College.
