The firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee serves as the hub through which we implement our goals of creating a diverse and inclusive firm culture at all levels. The Executive Committee consists of an equity partner liaison, partners and counsel who devote their time, talent and resources to educational and informative pursuits which further this Diversity and Inclusion Initiative. The Executive Committee members serve as the ambassadors of our objective to create a welcoming environment for all persons of different faiths, ethnicities, genders, orientations or physical capabilities. Professional Development

Hill Wallack LLP’s Professional Development Committee is committed to providing Hill Wallack attorneys with opportunities for professional growth during all stages of their careers. The Committee plans and implements regularly-scheduled programs and events to support attorneys in growing their practice, expanding their professional skill sets, and connecting with the communities served by the firm. Through its programming, the Committee collaborates with attorneys across the firm to highlight and promote each attorney’s unique background and expertise. Additionally, the Committee strives to create connections with organizations in New Jersey and the Bucks County area through events in our local communities. The Committee, comprised of attorneys at the Associate and Counsel level, also provides attorneys at earlier stages of their careers with leadership opportunities, both in and outside of the firm. The Committee welcomes opportunities to partner with other professional and community organizations for programs and events.

SOC 2 Certifications

Hill Wallack LLP is pleased to announce the firm has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type II audit, affirming its ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data security, privacy, and operational controls.
SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is an industry-leading audit standard developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) that evaluates a company’s controls related to five key trust service criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Achieving SOC 2 Type II certification demonstrates that Hill Wallack has met these rigorous standards over an extended period (typically six to 12 months), with an independent audit verifying that the firm’s systems, processes, and controls are secure and effective.

The SOC 2 Type II audit provides external validation that Hill Wallack’s internal controls are not only well-designed but are also operating effectively over time. This certification offers assurance to clients and stakeholders that the firm is well-equipped to mitigate risks and protect critical data against breaches or unauthorized access. It also positions Hill Wallack as a trusted partner for businesses and individuals seeking legal services in an increasingly data-sensitive environment.

Women's Initiative

The Women’s Initiative Committee aims to create an environment where women attorneys thrive as leaders in their profession and community. Female partners, counsel, of counsel, and associates comprise forty percent (40%) of the attorneys at Hill Wallack LLP. The Committee is committed to recruiting talented women to join Hill Wallack’s team of attorneys, nurturing the professional skill development of the firm’s female attorneys, and mentoring the next generation of the firm’s women leaders and legal professionals. Moreover, the Committee supports the career and business goals of women in the communities that the firm serves. The Committee’s growing list of initiatives includes hosting and sponsoring legal seminars, conducting round table discussions for professional and business development, and holding marketing events for both local and state businesses and organizations, and in particular those businesses that are owned or managed by female and other minority business leaders. The Women’s Initiative Committee members are heavily involved in the local communities in which they live and work, participating in, contributing to, and serving as leaders of numerous organizations, including those dedicated to women’s interests.
