Jean E. Coelho is a partner in the Princeton, N.J. office, where she is a member of the Workers’ Compensation practice group.

For the past 26 years, Jean has concentrated her practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation. She provides legal advice to clients including large employers, local and family run businesses, insurance companies and public entities. Jean litigates contested and complex workers’ compensation cases and has extensive experience with employment related legal and medical issues. She also handles labor disputes, employment matters and medical provider claims. Jean began her career in civil litigation and premises liability matters.

Jean is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, where she was elected to its Ethics Honor Board and volunteered at the Columbus Community Legal Services Clinic, representing low-income residents and appearing in D.C. Superior Court, under the legal assistance by law student rule. Following her graduation, she served the Honorable D. Warren Donohue, Montgomery County Circuit Court, as a judicial law clerk. Jean received a B.A. in English with a minor in Philosophy from the Catholic University of America.
