Kaitlin D. Shire

Kaitlin D. Shire is Counsel in the Yardley, PA office of Hill Wallack LLP, where she is a member of the Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy practice group.

Ms. Shire concentrates her practice in all areas of creditors’ rights, including foreclosures, landlord-tenant matters, and ejectments, as well as other property-related litigation.

Ms. Shire earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was awarded a Dean’s Full Tuition Merit Scholarship. She earned her B.A. magna cum laude in History and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Shire is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania (2017), as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania (2019).

Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Shire served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Glenn B. Bronson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
