Morgan is an Associate of Hill Wallack LLP in the Yardley, PA office, where she is a member of the School and Municipal Law and Employment & Labor Law practice groups.

Prior to joining Hill Wallack, Ms. Pace served as an Assistant City Solicitor with the Environmental Division of the Philadelphia Law Department, where she had a diverse practice involving regulatory counseling, transactional matters, and litigation. While earning her J.D., Ms. Pace was a research associate for the Institute for Energy and the Environment and a student clinician in both the Energy Law Clinic and Small Business Law Clinic.

Ms. Pace earned her J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School and her B.S. in Environmental Science from Kennesaw State University. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
