Daniel Kaschak

Daniel R. Kaschak is an Associate of Hill Wallack LLP in the Princeton, NJ office, where he is a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy and Hospitality practice groups.

Mr. Kaschak concentrates his practice on the representation of financial institutions in all matters of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, including residential and commercial mortgage lending and enforcement of lenders’ rights. His practice also includes drafting, negotiation, and review of purchase/sale agreements on behalf of independent hotel owners/operators and restaurateurs.

Mr. Kaschak is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey (2024) and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (2025). He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Rutgers Law School, Newark, and he earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations, where he graduated summa cum laude.
