Effie Hibshman is an associate attorney at the Cherry Hill, NJ office where she is a member of the community associations practice group.
Effie has extensive experience in the representation of common interest associations, with a concentration in community association collection practice. Immediately prior to joining Hill Wallack, she practiced landlord-tenant law where she assisted property managers and landlords manage their real estate business. She represented clients in landlord-tenant litigation matters, focusing on tenant evictions.
Effie is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2004). She earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
